Ich habe ein nagel neue ws-c3560e-12d-s switch der nich booten kann. es geht immer auf switch modus. das problem ist, ich kann nicht festellen, ob ein boot software fehlt oder ein flash karte. wenn ich "dir" befehl eingebe, siehe ich kein Flash:
